"Called the local Council Bluffs Tractor Supply seeing if I could get bags of coal shipped to the store as they don't carry coal at this store. They informed me that wasn't possible. After talking a bit more they said one of their employees lives half an hour away in another city and that employee's wife works at a Tractor supply in that city which does stock the coal. They were able to arrange the wife bringing four 40 pound bags of coal home which the husband then brought to the store in Council Bluffs. The team went above and beyond. I appreciate their work and help to help me experience/use the coal burning fireplaces in my historic home!"
