"I wouldn't recommend going here unless you know everything about your vehicle or have a man with you so you're treated with respect. I went in for a new battery I knew most things about my vehicle but not the engine size. He said 2.0 or 2.5, I said I don't know what that means, he said engine size, I said I'm sorry I don't know, so he looks at the battery's said it looks like it doesn't matter than asked me which one I wanted. I said I don't know what one do you recommend. He recommended one, I said okay sounds good. I bought a $250 battery. He said is the vehicle here, I said yes, he said so you probably want it installed, yes of course. Then the other person working a younger guy said I just need you to pop the hood, so I walk to the door, was going to hold it for the kid installing my battery, but then I heard the guys laughing behind me, I turned around and yep they were laughing at me. I won't be going here again without someone to back me up. I did get my battery installed and it seems to work great, only reason I gave more than 1 star."
