"I normally have no issues with this store, but for the first time I went there today for balloons. My daughter, my sister and I picked out 8 balloons. We stood at the counter ignored by the woman there already working on balloons for a few minutes. No biggie, assumed she was focused. Another girl comes over, and also ignores us and starts blowing up other balloons. So I finally ask if they have time to do my 8 balloons. The girl says yes, it will just be a few. I tell her that’s fine, we’ll walk around for a little bit and come back for them…. We walked around for 20 minutes, stood in a line of people to check out for 15 minutes, cause they’re were no cashiers! And by now there’s a line of 6 people at the balloon counter, there was no line when we picked out our 8! As I’m standing in line to pay, the girl we had told we would come back for them tells the other girl that the balloons we had left on the counter no longer needed to be done bc the people never came back for them…. I was paying for them, and watched them throw them back in the bin. At this point my sister goes over to remind them that we had told them we were walking around and we’re still waiting for them while they were working on all the other peoples that me in after us. By now a man has come up to help with balloons, and looks at my sister and asks if we’ve even paid for them yet… 1. Had to wait in a line to pay! 2. Have any of the other people in line waiting for balloons prepaid?! Nope, but there’s are getting done! So attitude and all he starts doing my balloons. He proceeds to pop a blue one, and replaces it with an orange one; ties my pink and blue balloons with black string; I specifically asked for short strings and he made them 3’ long; when I ask him to take out the orange and do the blue he got huffy with me and tangled all the strings up trying to get the orange one out; and then hands them to me without a bag over them! Normally I could let this behavior and frustration go, but these balloons are for us to take to my twin baby’s grave tomorrow for their “birth”day and celebrate what should be their 15th birthday. The attitudes and actions of the employees today were not necessary."
