"Never and ever go to fix your truck to this place. We go there and asked if they have used tires for our trailer. They said yes they had. But after some time they informed that they did not have used tire and we asked them if we can leave then but they said we can leave after we pay 102$ for mounting and and dismounting the tire. The lady who represented herself as a manager was very rude and she screamed us saying that we had only two ways to pay it or put new or recap tires, she tried to threaten us with calling the police. We said okey put two new tires then. But after sometime they again told my driver stating that for putting new tires log stud and log nut was damaged. We were sure it was their fault when i tried to talk with Manager lady one more time. She refused to talk with me because she knew it was their fault. Please stay away from this place because the lady in the office and lady who represent herself as a manager is too rude with bad behavior. Plus their mechanic doesn't know what they are doing. They know only damaging the parts instead of fixing it. if i could 0 stars, i would put 0 stars here."

"No restraunt no hot food no coffee no hot water in showers parking lot horrible shop bays are to small to pull tractor trailer in due to being built during the cab over days you would think ta would fix this place. For years it’s been neglected and reviews have been posted. The lot doesn’t get salted I slipped and fell. Came in to get new glad hand seals put on they changed the entire bracket. Still leaks now back in getting them replaced again. There’s no where to sit while trucks getting serviced. Layout is messed up you have to go down a tiny hall way to get to the shop. There’s two bathrooms in the game room and they are both locked. There’s nothing to do here. There’s trash all over the parking lot the bins are all full and have been all week. The electricity isn’t up to code. There’s no warning when walking in and out of the shop about steps someone’s going to get hurt and sue this place for millions. There’s no def there’s no windshield cleaner. The lady making coffee was really nice but the coffee was out and the creamers were out I let her know. As dead as this place is you would think they wouldn’t run out of that stuff but at the same time they need more staff and a manager to step in here and get things done pilot managers are far far far better at making sure the stores are ran correctly clean and just a hole in the wall like this place and it’s showing. Do something ta this place needs a restaurant, parking lot paved or at least coated, drivers lounge, hallway widened, more staff, bathrooms unlocked remove the game room and put in a drivers lounge, fix bathrooms most of the toilets are out of service, the shop needs to be bigger so trucks can get in with a trailer. The shop has no chairs to sit down unless you go behind the desk."

"Stopped for gas. The attendant inside was nice and friendly. The store was clean. Looks like the Country Pride Restaurant is closed. Not sure what's going on with that. There are Amazon Lockers outside, which is nice. Overall it wasn't too bad of a place."

"Stopped here thinking I could. Get some breakfast in the morning. Yeah right. Woke up 7 am restaurant is closed. The restroom is also neglected, toilet paper all over the floor. Soap dispenser laying on counter."
