"I had an absolutely awful customer service at Champs. I went in to return an item without a receipt and was told they would issue a store credit for 1/2 of what I paid for it. I asked why they couldn’t look up my store purchase with the credit card I paid with and was told Champs doesn’t have that capability. I said that was odd (since most other stores can do returns with a credit card that was used) and was told very rudely that if I didn’t like the store policy, I could shop somewhere else. I’m not sure why anyone would say that to a customer, bit that indicates the lack of respect this employee understands. I was taken aback by how rudely I was being spoken to, so I asked for the associate’s first name and was told, “I don’t have to give my name to you, bro.” At that point, I asked to speak to a manager and was told the person I was speaking to was a manager. At that moment, two other associates joined in and told me I didn’t understand the store policy and shouldn’t shop there. I had enough and realized they just didn’t know how to speak to me without being rude. I honestly don’t recall a time when I was treated so rudely by a business I patronized. I will never buy anything from Champ’s again."

"Came in to install security system. Sadly they don't have shoes in size 16 but they do have nice friendly staff which is always good"

"Terrible terrible service paid for two day shipping they claim 2 day shipping turns into 3 day shipping then won’t cancel the order or give money back. They scam you to for the shipping price and don’t deliver when they say"
