"Customer service here is crazy I went in for a shoe that they had and a lady went to the back and came right back out said they don’t have it in stock bought 3 pairs of shoes everything I asked for they didn’t have in stock with this lady then a guy helped me found all the shoes I wanted I asked to speak to a manager and guess what? It was the manager guy was great"

"Better off making this place a self serve shoe store like famous footwear. They just tend to be more comfortable behind the cash wrap talking to one another then helping customers.. 2nd time in a row I walked in and walked around and had absolutely no one greet me or ask if I needed shoes."

"The customer service here is ridiculous, you literally have to beg a dude to come help you get your size, they act like they don't care at all, they just stand around all together on there phones talking amongst themselves instead of looking for the customers that are interested in buying, real employees would see and look out for customers interested and ask " are you looking for anything specific?" Not here, you are legit ignored and when you ask they roll there eyes. I still bought two sets of Jordans and hats spending over $500, but this place doesn't deserve my money, go anywhere else, any store has the same stuff."

"On two different occasions, we were ignored by your employees in an empty store. My husband asked if anyone was working and they still ignored us so he had ask again. They acted like he didn’t hear us. It has become ridiculous that a company in the customer service industry lacks customer service skills. This champs is closer to me but I’d rather drive to Oakview to get what I want and better service."

"The worst customer service ever employees are not attentive to detail or customer care. When you buy something you want to leave the store trusting everything is good and as you ordered then realize you got two right foot shoes. How hard is it to double check your sale before you close your sale? A normal retailer procedure this is way latinos are taking over better care better service."
