"Our Fastpitch organization ordered a uniform package through Decker Sports. We were first told that their sizing app was accurate, it WAS NOT, so we had to ALL schedule a time to try on uniforms. Some parents couldn’t even get the app to work. Then we were told we would have them for our first tournament. We did not. Our team manager had to meet someone from Decker half way (2hrs) to pick them up. I paid for shipping, now several weeks later I receive the visor that doesn’t even match the uniform! I am told I will not be refunded my $20 shipping because they shipped the visor. Come on now! It DOES NOT cost that to ship a visor. So now think of them keeping that $20 shipping for 30+ players. Not happy with this company. As much as our organization has spent with them for uniforms this season, I expected better."
"Horrible store/site/customer service - Made an order for my kid for fall ball, order was made on August 17th with the expected ship date around August 20th. I gave a call to the store on Sept 1 to check on the order and it then wasn't even filled, the person who I spoke to let me know someone would get back to me the next day. Well it's now Sept 11th and I haven't recieved one phone call or email about my order and literally the fall ball season is over at the end of Sept with an optional tournament in Oct. If I've would have know this company is like the reviews I've just read I would have never even used this site. I've never had to wait over 4 weeks for ANY order to show up. The sad part is there is no communication of ANY kind to let me know what is going on. Lastly, what makes this even worse is when I call the number it goes straight to voicemail as if they have no one working to answer the phone!!!! I've left multiple messages and now have to call my bank just to get my money back from items I haven't recieved in over a month."
"**Update 2 - we received our jerseys in time to play the last three tournaments of nine total tournaments. When I originally spoke with Josh he said that Decker would make it right with all of our families and I did receive a letter apologizing but that does not make it right. We had to play 2/3 of our season without jerseys and yet we still had to pay full price for the overpriced poor quality jerseys and Decker did nothing to make it right. All of our families that play with this particular team have requested that our organization not use Decker anymore. We can get better quality and more affordable jerseys elsewhere. Disco to show that Decker is only concerned with their bottom line and not with making their customers happy. * Update- I spoke with Josh from Decker today after they saw my review and they indicated that they are hoping to ship some of our items this week. Most of their jerseys and pants are made in China so they are at the mercy of the slow shipping. He indicated they are trying to get their production facilities to be in the US. Hopefully if they can do that it will make for a quicker turnaround time. Josh said that they were going to try to make it right with all of our team families and have escalated this ticket to the vice president of Decker sports. We ordered uniforms on January 10 and they still are not here. We have had to play two tournaments without the new uniforms and they are hoping to get some of them to us in the next week."
"One of the worst experiences in ordering uniforms and fan spirit wear we have ever had. Still waiting on items including a helmet and face shield to be delivered plus only half of the spiritwear was shipped. Sizes are way off, quality is not near what was sold to us, and their customer service is atrocious. I can under stand 8 weeks when a team orders 4 jerseys, 3 pants, 4 socks, 4 belts, helmets, and bags but now we are going on 14 weeks and everything still hasn't been delivered or even shipped. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company at all cost."
