"The owner and his daughter were exceptionally friendly, and offered their help if needed. They were very tolerant of my 2 grandkids being silly at times and very patient while we went through the single card box. They handled other customers while we were looking and giving them cards to look up while we were still looking . We were there for over 2 hours! It was a learning experience for me as a knew nothing about Pokémon cards!"

"They have very kind customer service, however, we had an experience here that completely ruined this place for us. We sent in a 3ds to have the R button and volume buttons repaired, and when we got it back (after an already ridiculously long time) the R button just barely worked, but they had taken out the 32 gigabye sd card without notifying us that they had done it. When we got it back, it came with a chip in it. Paying 150 dollars to get more damage than repair is absolutely ridiculous."

"Overpriced for their service :/ I went there to get my nintendo 2ds fixed due to a broken R button and volume button. 3 weeks later I got it back for $150 and while the volume button worked fine and the R button technically works, it only registers a press when I push it down as hard as I can. On top of they took my 32 gigabyte SD card without saying until I called and gave it back a week later. Apparently it broke but I'll tell you that it worked perfectly fine before I sent it back."

"The store was very clean and organized. However, many items were missing prices. I also remember seeing some games in a display that I would have loved to buy, but the case said "the items in this case are display only, not for sale". Kinda pointless if you ask me. You're a store, not a museum."

"I really like this place. Most of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of hardware, games, and trading cards. They add new inventory every week. Stop in and take a look, they have something for everyone!!"
