"Worst experience ever... My neighborhood Casey's, incredibly unfair treatment as an employee... Then as a customer, I was in line paying for gas, the petty gm has a manager loudly and publicly toss me out bc I was talking to the cashier who asked about my day... Then I heard from others loudly and angrily, in front of workers and customers, complaining about my review over that terrible experience... The worst"

"If you order a pizza to pick up it's 18 minutes. To have one delivered less than a mile away, it takes and hour and forty five minutes! By far the longest wait time in the city!"

"Got a new job by this location so I frequent often. I've been given them the benefit of the doubt but it's official. If you go here you will wait in line for well over ten minutes. How about this get another cashier working During all day cuz you're always busy every time I go in there. Or get with the times and go with a self checkout as much as I hate them they work especially when people are just buying a pop or two and maybe a bag of chips. Also if you're getting gas and you want to receipt you better be prepared to go inside to get it because their machine hardly ever has receipt paper or the damn thing is jammed. There is nothing convenient about this convenient store it should have been a Dollar general. Sometimes I wonder if Casey's is only staying open because of the mediocre pizza."

"I actually live closer to the brand new Casey’s they just built on Hamilton than I do this one, but everytime I will go the extra few miles just because the service is THAT much better. The staff are always super friendly! I just ordered a breakfast pizza tonight and it was by far the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had! Everyone was kind and fast! I love this Casey’s! ❤️ Customer service is difficult to come by these days but this Casey’s is excellent!"

"Always SLOW service. Only one register is ever open. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time if you choose to stop and wear comfortable shoes for standing in line."
