"Sometimes has great finds. Hardly ever has friendly employees! 3/23 There was a line down one of the aisles of clothing for check out and the other employee behind the counter decided doing hangers was more important than helping check out the paying customers! Finally another person came to the rescue. The lady check out was actually so friendly and she kept apologizing and thanking us for our patience. All the stars go to her, that's why I gave 4! Also shame on you Thrift World, old used ragdey pair of UGGS for over $40!?"

"Loved that the racks up front have all the items on sale. Made it so much less overwhelming to look for items, at other stores I’ve just given up and leave because it’s too much to have to search the whole store, I ended up spending triple the amount of money I normally would even think about spending. The store itself was so organized I was quite surprised. The cashier was great but I didn’t get her name, she was very friendly and patient as I had so much in my cart. I appreciated her making conversation and being so personable. She let me know there would be an upcoming sale on the 19th and I will definitely be there after such a great experience."

"Amending my review as it was from 4 years ago and this location is much improved. This location has changed a lot for the better and is by far the neatest and most orderly of all the locations. Staff and management makes all the difference. Retail locations like Walmart, Ross and others are nowhere near this organized or have a good staff. Also there is a very nice rewards program and the pricing is reasonable. Unlike Goodwill and Salvation Army the prices reflect that the items are donations and that this is a “thrift store”."

"I am an avid thrifter that travels the country going to thrift stores. I recently just returned home to Omaha from San Diego, CA. The prices in this thrift store are almost double the prices of stores in CA. It is down right depressing that my home town thrift stores are more expensive than California thrift stores. I understand about having to pay rent, overhead, employees, etc. With that being said you would make so much more money if you lowered your prices and stopped price matching what items sell for on the internet (I noticed you have your own resell website as well) you would make so much more money."
