"I like Ace Rent To Own ,There has been a New Person "Blake" that is very Helpful and Understanding I really like him he's very nice although the one day the other day I called Blake wasn't there So I dealt with someone else who yelled at me wouldn't let me explain my financial issue and I had to give my Tv back that day it was Upsetting but Blake is Understanding I'd Rather work with him and him only .I'm So Glad I Have Ace Rent to Own Help With Items I Need For My House I Just Paid Today As Long As You Communicate They Will Work With You,I Love The Manager Kimberly She Is So Nice and Sweet and Works With Me On Everything I am Renting I Love Her ❤"

"This location takes advantage of people that don't speak English, the bilingual staff calls and harasses people they are rude. Contract aren't translated correctly. They push to sell and don't have good costumer services. They take advantage of people with bad credit or no credit. we have been waiting for a Refrigerator to get fixed for over 6 months. They first sent a Technician to fix it and it got worse,( food got spoiled withing 1-2 days) they took it in to be fixed supposedly. They let us borrow a small Refrigerator while ours gets fixed , the small refrigerator didn't work our food would get spoiled withing days. they don't refund money on the food we pay for even though there product doesn't work. We had to take it back because they didn't have time to pick it up .We had to rent out another Refrigerator and drive it back home because they couldn't take it. while we have ours fixed with the insurance place. which they keep gives us the run around. when payment time comes they call and harass you to make payments ; if not they will take you to court. I don't recommend this location !!! Save your self and go to NFM instead!! P.S. Noo Star's I had to select one to post."

"First time customer. I’ve only been a customer for a couple months and I am not impressed at all with how they run their store. I went to make a payment one day and the girl took my card information but never put my payment in. Then I got a call the next day asking for another payment. I explained the situation and they said that they would resolve the issue but they didn’t. They just say and talked to me on the phone like I was stupid or something. I don’t recommend going here for anything. Not until they can be a little more professional with how they handle their transactions. If you do go here, pay in cash. Don’t trust them with your card info. UPDATE: This place is still unprofessional. I have told them repeatedly not to keep my card on file as I have multiple cards and pay with different cards sometimes. They never listen. Then they play dumb as if I didn't tell them not to keep it on file. I am tired of the unprofessionalism and the amount of stress that comes with dealing with this place."
