Walmart Supercenter

"I was not pleased with my most recent visit to Walmart on 168th and Maple. I typically choose other grocery stores for my own personal reasons/etc., but today I chose to go the closest one to home (for convenience). While there, I not only was absolutely freezing cold in every aisle… When we went to check out (at 6:30 pm on a regular Tuesday evening) there was not one single employee checking people out at a register. All of the aisle lights were off. The inconvenience of having to self scan and bag every single item purchased for the next 2 weeks with one arm (and his least dominant) after a recent laterjet procedure was unacceptable. Not only that I was also inconvenienced of a place to put my groceries so we had to place them on the floor….. Disgusting, but no other option clearly. A huge hazard to anyone who was walking nearby, which was everyone who was ready to ‘checkout’ — since only self-checkout was available. AND a public health concern. I had an employee ask if I would like another basket due to the look of frustration upon my face, she could tell I was upset. I will not deny that they had the groceries that were necessary for my family, but this is concerning."

"The pick up for online orders is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes 2+ hour wait to get your order. Nobody is actually bringing orders out, maybe one person at a time. Cars can be wrapped around the building waiting to get a spot then an even longer wait when you are parked. No organization. Nobody to help or answer questions. It’s truly ridiculous. I learned my lesson, I will never pick groceries up from here ever again, nor shop at this location."

"The selection of cleaning products has decreased. I could always get what I needed but now have to other places. Also sad when you have to check to make sure no one has open the package before you buy it."

"Muhammad was the greeter and was so cute with the kids. Also had someone stop and give them stickers, did not get her name, but the 2 of them made a quick trip with 3 kiddos much more pleasant."

"The food came out fresh and perfect. The only thing I honestly would like to place my feedback on is the location used and how it is situated offers nothing but terrible wrap around the drive through lanes. The cars basically line out into the streets during peak periods causing traffic for both lanes."
