Colin was very professional and personable, showing and explaining the details on the wide variety of mattresses available, but the best part is that the mattress you select is made at the store to fit your preferences. And done in a matter of days! Days! Not a week or more because the one you ordered by name specifically was promised on a certain date but not delivered and might be delivered the following week!! The only issue I have is that the mattresses don't have any type of handle to assist in getting it into the house/room or to turn the mattress."
