Took the time to ask what we're looking for, price range, any problems with current mattress, etc. They didn't just take us over to most expensive mattress in the store without asking anything, like most other stores. No pushy sales tactics either - let us talk about it without hovering. Showed us some additional products, but understood if all we wanted was the mattress. We're happy with our new bed."

"We had moved to Arizona 2 years ago and had a king adjustable bed delivered there. When we visited Beds & Beds today Carl remembered our situation and was glad to hear how pleased we are with our bed. (I have a back problem and this bed lets me to sleep in a "zero gravity" position while my wife lies flat.) My wife desired a different pillow. So, Carl took the time to explain the different pillows and the pros and cons of each. I recommend Beds and Beds to anyone looking for a good night's sleep. He even helped us pick a mattress protector. The inventory was reasonably priced.
