"I’ve been a member for 6 years and love lifetime but the changes with pickleball have been disappointing. They ripped out a basketball court plus the turf field to put it in way too many pickleball courts. Most of the time they are empty. I was playing with my daughter on an empty court and got kicked off because of “safety” reasons. We went into a racquetball court and then another staff told us to move over because the light is distracting to the pickleball players. Yet people walk across the basketball courts all the time. Where is the concern for safety there? It seems the pickleball community feels entitled to privileges that other gym members don’t get. Does this gym want a fitness community or cater to pickleball only?"
"If you aren't a top tier member here, be ready to be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I've been kicked off the pickleball courts several times even when they aren't busy. It's infuriating but at this point I refuse fo give these people more of my money. The climbing wall is super cool."
"This club has it all, and has been a great outlet for my kids as well. I recommend Jamie for personal training and the spin classes are fantastic. Only 4 stars because nothing beats the Centennial location!"
"Been a member for some time and love this gym and they keep the latest equipment and keep it all in good working order However if you plan on working out in the strength training area, machines or free weights don’t plan on being able to hear your own music if they are having ALPHA at the same time. They blast their music so loud that no matter what you have for headphones earbuds or whatever it is not loud enough to drown out the music they are playing for the 10 people doing a group class in the middle of the room. This gym is not cheap why do 100% of the member have to listen to the playlist for 10 people in the alpha class? Group classes belong in group class rooms"
"I used to be a member of Lifetime Fitness for quite some time, and I have to say, it's not what it used to be. My perception of the General Manager (GM) seems to have an attitude problem. I can't remember a single good conversation I've had with him. It's frustrating when the person in charge of your fitness experience is rude and unapproachable. We rented the kids' area for birthdays, hoping for a fun and well-organized party. Sadly, the last one fell short of our expectations. The room was dirty, and it felt like there was no proper organization in place. During the summer, the pool area is always running low on staff, and as a result, they constantly close the water slides. It's disappointing for both kids and adults who enjoy these attractions. Paying a high price for the membership should come with a guarantee of better service. Don't get me wrong, the premises are nice and well-maintained, but that's about the extent of it. Overall, I believe the customer service at Lifetime Fitness doesn't justify the price tag. It's disappointing to see a decline in quality compared to what I remember when I first joined. Hopefully, they can address these issues and bring back the top-notch experience."
