"They don't pay you much, which is fine for a first job, but for my first year I was making as much as someone else who had been there for at least 2 years. From what I remember Haley was about the only good core manager because she actually did her job. I think last year might've just been a bad year for guards but just about every lifeguard at the pools I worked at were extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. They just hated my guts I guess. I probably should've been fired for how unprofessional I was at multiple points in the summer but wasn't so make of that what you will. My pool manager took forever to put me on the schedule and I still never got all the uniform t-shirts I ordered, so I was using a friends shirt for a while. Also they don't provide shorts and their t-shirts cost money out of your paycheck so I was very mad when I never got all the ones I asked for. Overall not a terrible experience but not the best either. They definitely need to make sure that their pool managers are more mature and professional enough to be managers. For sure left an unsavory taste in my mouth."

"I rate this company a 1 because 0 is not an option. The way they treat their guards is beyond me and is extremely, EXTREMELY. Unprofessional. If you are a teenager looking for a job I would suggest you stay away from frr and work for a different lifeguarding company. Save your time and energy. This place will treat you awful. And the Managers act like children and honestly with my experience they let people get away with the most awful stuff. With the amount of people I know that has worked here all they have all came back with the same reasons to hate it. "I have worked here along with many of my other friends and the managing staff are terrible they don't treat us with respect nor do they follow through with things they promise. The pay rate is so low for how much work you do! And for working their longer than others only getting a 15 cent raise is crazy. Overall If the management was better it would be more of a fun job to work at! Shout out to Haley one of the core managers she is the only one who was actually good and took action how it should be."
