"Peter Paul is a liar. I don't ever do reviews but I don't want someone to be taken advantage of the way we were. He was installing a gas line and fireplace for us and did not properly install the gas line (huge leak in the line that they never repaired) and put in a fire place system that was 4x the capacity of what our meter can support. He then lied and told us that the line was certified by the county and good to go but that was not true. They never came out and checked it. We had to hire a new company to repair the line but we are still unable to get it inspected and certified properly unless we dig up the line to have it re pressure tested and then would have to replace our meter to accommodate the capacity required for the new fireplace. He and the company will not return any calls. This was a safety risk to our family and not acceptable."

"This is by far the worse contractor I have ever worked with. First of all, they advertise they are on Dave Logan's referral list which is a lie. We hired them to do 2 simple projects in November 2022 which we were told would take a "few" weeks. A few weeks turned into 11 months of begging and pleading to get the job done, but all we heard were excuses. Most of the time you can't even contact anyone at the company. When you call the office, it goes to Brittany's voicemail and she has never responded. Peter-Paul is the owner and he will never answer his cell phone. Consider yourself lucky if he calls you back within a week. The quality of work is mediocre. We should have held back the last payment, because they left oil stains on our driveway and sidewalk and we are already seeing problems with the concrete pad they poured."

"I do not recommend this company. Communication with the office and crew was non existent for weeks/months at a time. Never knew when they were going to show up to work. They were always available to stop by and pick up a payment but not to get a crew on site to do any work. Many excuses given to us as to why our project was delayed. They advertise as being a part of Team Dave Logan’s referral list, but we checked with TDL and were told they are not anymore due to the many complaints received."

"I can not express enough, DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN STATES LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE. We had Mountain States Landscaping out to give us a quote on a large landscaping project at our house after meeting them at the Denver Garden and Home Show. At first they were good to work with, until I wrote the first check. After that, they went days and sometimes over a week of no shows. When I would try to contact Peter Paul several times before getting any kind of response, he would say, oh, it was because of the wind or the rain, or I was on vacation. I would tell him, I'm not sure where you have been but it hasn't rained at our house in weeks and the wind has been breezy. He would finally send a crew out and they would work for a few days and disappear again. Leaving their equipment and trailer sitting out in front of our property for days and weeks at a time. One time they even left their trash trailer in our driveway for days. We had them remove and repour our back Patio during the job. Two weeks after they poured our concrete, the concrete started to fail. We contacted them (or tried to) for several weeks. Peter-Paul was aware of the issue and the couple times he would respond (after multiple attempts to contact him) he agreed he would replace the patio. One year later and still no new patio. The Concrete is failing at an alarming rate and even though Peter-Paul has agreed to replace more then once, he and the entire company has gone MIA. Their website is still there but they do not respond to messages, texts or e-mails. When you call their office phone, you can'[t leave a message because the voicemail if full. They are also false advertising. They show that they are a member of Team Dave Logan. I submitted a complaint to Team Dave Logan and was informed that they are no longer a member and were removed months ago because of too many complaints and bad workmanship. No surprise they are also false advertising. We are in the process of moving to the next legal level with them. They should not be in business. They are ripping people off."

"Ramone and his team were professional, precise and worked so quickly to have our yard done after we had a new septic system put in. The sprinkler system is great that they installed and our yard looks beautiful. Thank you Ramone and team! Great job! Moving forward with our yard I only want to deal with Ramone. He is the heart and soul as far as I could see. His communication with me was amazing. Moving forward with the rest of my yard. I only want to deal with Ramone No one else."
