"This was one of my worst hotel experiences in recent memory (rivaled only by a Detroit hotel that had dried human feces on the sheets). I booked it on the understanding there was a pool, but when I checked in they lied and said there was no pool—it turns out upon questioning that there is one, just not operational because of "high pH levels." The heat in the room did not work. We had it cranked up to 85 and the air coming from the vent could not have been more than 60 degrees. It was 30 degrees out and we slept wearing layers with extra blankets from the second bed. The TV remote didn't work so it was almost impossible to operate the TV. I found a clump of hair in the bathtub. I asked to be moved, but they said they were full and would not move us even though they continued checking people into other rooms. The breakfast was incredibly meager (there were 4 yogurts and milk in the fridge, no butter or jelly, no hot water, only one kind of dry cereal and about 3 English muffins and the waffle mix appeared to be diluted). The two small coffee carafes had decaf in the black-topped carafe and regular coffee in the orange-topped one—staff did not appear to be familiar with the convention of orange for decaf. Another guest mentioned that the smoke alarm in their room was not operational."

"This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. found moldy food in the fridge. This so-called "just cleaned room" was not clean at all. The remote had sticky stuff on it and there was no water pressure. Food was awful, the gravy was watery and the waffles were under-cooked plus the apple juice was brown. Will never go here again. Staff service was so bad. Vent stunk. Shower had black spots. Couldn't flush the toilet. No towels. Desk broken. Beds not made. Worst hotel ever."

"I had an early check in, due to early arrival room were not ready but Mia went beyond to make sure she could get something ready, she is awesome! Work ethnic shows truly how much she cares. I would definitely come back to this location. Best service, clean rooms. Not the10 Marriott star but we'll worth it."

"Stayed for a few nights and was disappointed the entire time. Room smelled like smoke clearly not enforcing the rules the door was broken the lock on the door did not work and the room had not been cleaned at all. Not to mention the fire alarm had a plastic bag over it still after it had been “cleaned”. This place will scam you of your incidental fee that supposedly is 100 dollars. I was told two separate prices by two different people 50 and 100 and was charged fifty even after I asked for a specific run down of what they look at to return the deposit. Overall the place is disgusting, a scam and is run by incredibly rude staff I wouldn’t stay here if I had a gun held to my head. Also the five star reviews you see are bots and are not real people if you truly want to understand this hotel read the 1 star reviews because they are all similar for a reason"

"My room was disgusting. On my second night in the room I found a syringe filled with an unknown drug. I found a meth pipe and a drawer full of latex gloves, rubber bands and maxi pad wrappers. The "just cleaned" room I was moved to was the same, just drug free. I forwarded photos to the front desk attendant with the guarantee that the hotel manager would reach out to me. It's been two weeks and no attempt has been made. If you're stopping through for a quick fix, then this place is probably for you. If you have a family and care even a little bit, you would be best to find other accommodations."
