"try to call and someone picks up the phone and just hangs up. pharmacy is poorly managed with inadequate staffing. the number of customers far outreaches the number of available people working. i always dread having to deal with them because it can take a lot of time and sometimes people there are not nice."

"Have gone to pick up my prescriptions 3 different times in one week, and have been told each time that they have not been filled. ***Update: went to the store yesterday (my 4th visit) and requested the prescription be refilled while I waited, as I would be going out of town and needed it before I left. They finally sent me home with a prescription, but when I got home I realized it was the wrong medication."
