"They insured my home in someone else's name and there was a claim that was made and my home was never repaired and I was not even informed of the claim accident or received any reimbursement for my losses. They illegally insured my home and wouldn't tell me anything about it. My home was lost because they shouldn't have been able to insure my home without my name on the policy. Not a good company. Not worth wasting your time. They will give your money away to anyone and not to the owner of the property."
"They will set everything up for you just fine and they are nice to talk to. Unfortunately when you are looking for information and have questions on things they may not call you back. I had been a client with them for 2 years and was wanting to have them look into home insurance for rental property and after calling a couple times after original request to follow up, they said they needed more time. 3 wks later they still have not responded. They also did not respond to emails concerning rate increases. I expect better customer service."
