"This one hit home. I have been going to this specific dentist office since he was located in West Des Moines. Since about 2015/2016 and have never missed an appointment. I recently missed an appointment due to medical issues and loosing my mother in law. Believing it there was no light at the end of my tunnel I didn’t even call my regular doctor to reschedule. I called today knowing I would make an appointment and set one for time I have set to use PTO and after I got a time scheduled I got a call back saying I couldn’t reschedule due to a missed appointment, not asked why I missed the appointment, or anything after not missing one for years just a receptionist who was doing her job not rude at all telling me because I missed my last appointment I could not reschedule, because of the new policy. I work in a world where customer experience is to be expected. To not receive it in return is sad to say the least. I hope in the future they would value their LONG TERM customers. I will not return, and super cliché to say will take my business else where. Do better please, at least for the customers you have, if you have any left! Because life does happen and this may just happen to you and you will feel the unfairness you have provided."

"My daughter referred me to this incredible dental office. So I made an appointment and let me tell you they are so wonderful and caring and everyone in the office are so sweet . The gal at the front desk was very polite and so nice. The dental hygienist Hillary is totally awesome and did a great job at cleaning my teeth and was so nice to my grandson , And I really like my new dentist. This place I would highly recommend to anyone. They are down home , very caring, and really nice people. I will now be a life long patient .
