"I have been to this dentist twice first time about six years ago, and if I could give this place negative stars, I would. The first experience I ever had six years ago has still affected me till this day and so I was also worried now six years later, having another surgery that could potentially go wrong, and today I had went in for Surgery and was supposed to go under IV sedation now I do know that you may not be fully asleep but you should Feel very calm, no pain and if you can hear and you will possibly feel touch, prior to Beginning the surgery, I explained that I have Had issues in the past with Sedation, today I feel like I have been tortured this Has affected my PTSD massively, they barely numbed the areas that I was getting my teeth extracted on Top of it It seemed like the IV sedation wasn’t working, I Could feel EVERYTHING! I was in a lot of pain crying and screaming And all they did was tell me to “shhhhh” I felt extremely uncomfortable and not cared for at all. Typically someone is supposed to help you out to the vehicle, but I was so upset Because I was fully aware, I didn’t want or NEED any help because I was completely fine, besides the Torture that I had endured This morning, I could literally walk just fine on my own. My only hope is that no one has/had to deal with the same thing I have today… I know this will take me a long period of time to heal mentally from.. Thank you."

The staff also seemed to have a genuine interest in trying to solve my grievances and actually recommended the best way to go about things instead of just doing the easy way and sending me out the door."

I had severe pain day 3 on one side of my face and the after hours number answered right away and got back ahold of me straight away after talking to the dentist. They explained why it was hurting and gave me further instructions. She was very friendly over the phone and just wanted to get me feeling better! Best dentist office."
