"i have been trying to get my 15 year old im for a month and they kept rescheduling till april when her wisdom teeth are popping out this place is completely lazy wouldnt evan look up her insurance so they kept rescheduling all the way until april. i called dr jones in norwalk and they got her in right away evan the same day i called i completely reccoment dr jones they are friendly and nice and care about your teeth and dont make YOUR CHILD WAIT while hee teeth are bleeding. very disappointed in this place."

"My family and I went to Dr. Greiners office for years. Staff is insanely professional and nice. Never had any problems. I was forced to find a new dentist upon moving states, which I was so disappointed about. I would soon realize that my disappointment should not be about having to switch dentists, but rather the fact that I stuck with them for so long. After visiting my new dentist, I realized how extremely outdated the practices used at Dr. Greiners office really are. Dental health is SO important and I feel as if I have risked mine by not getting proper care/examinations for the 14 years I stuck with this office (My mom feels the same about the roughly 25 years she spent going to this office!). Dr. Greiners office lacks so much advanced technology, routine examination procedures, and thoroughness. I wish the best for the staff and hope that this is taken into consideration for the future of their office!"
"Receptionist was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. After asking if they accept MCNA dental, she replied, "No we do not," to which I said, "Oh, that's odd -- they have you listed as a provider on their portal." Her response: "No, it's not odd.""
"My son chipped his tooth on Christmas Day approx. 25 - 30 years ago. Our dentist (at the time) could not be bothered to come in to see his tooth. My son was approx. 10 years old the time. Dr. Greiner, who we had never been to before, saw my son that day. I am still going to Dr. Greiner and will continue to do so. His staff is also AWESOME!"
