"Multiple reschedule due to understaffed. I have been reschedule 3 times within the last year. These appointments are scheduled 6 months in advance and time has been taken off. Mind you a family of 7 goes here and these are 5 appointments that were made together and they have canceled multiple childern. This throws their cleanings off. Not to reliable"

"Don't waste your time, Getting appointments at this place is like trying to get blood out of a rock and they don't give advance notice when canceling appointments either. They called me two hours before my childs appointment to tell me that they couldn't see her anymore because she was "too difficult of a patient" and they could of called me anytime during the two weeks after her first appointment to tell me this instead of waiting until the last minute. I'm sorry my child has sensory issues and other issues, Don't tell someone that you can work with them if you really can't. I had planned on taking my other kids here but I've changed my mind and I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist for them. The only reason this place even gets one star is because they at least offered me a referral to someone else."
