"Lying about attempting a delivery twice. If you attempted one you should leave a missed delivery slip, but you didn't because I've been home both days. Sucks my package got routed through you guys, overnight was a complete waste at this point. UPDATED: No attempted delivery slip because they couldn't get in my gate, but the attempt notes didn't mention this. I ended up having to pick it up from this office and at least the process was easy."

"Went to this location TWICE, both times "assisted" by the extremely unhelpful staff member. Was told that "we don't print labels, we don't ship ground packages", despite the customer service agent I spoke to over the phone specifically stating that they do that perfectly fine. Indescribably unprofessional that their staff doesn't want to do their jobs, and at the cusp of Christmas, and with me trying to ship my prior employer's equipment back to them."

"Nice people, Daniela that took my badge I had to send back to garbage Unisys//Dell computers who fired me with no paid training or any real training cause they hired another person for 18 an hour after I spent 40 hours doing their training for a week and the week I worked I kept getting called to show up at noon and do all the paperwork.
