"I just went to do, well, try to do a return with a QR tag that Amazon sent me to make it easy to return quickly, and the person at the checkout (a woman from brown skin and mane) rudely and grotesquely refused to make such a return. That CVS with staff like her is a total flop. And I've even tried to make my truck payment there and behaves in the same rude and annoying way, it is uncomfortable to try to make any kind of payment or refund with that woman. She really is nefarious and complicated. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE ON YOUR JOB, BE KIND AND SOCIABLE, WHAT DO YOU DO THERE?"

"Never again! RJ was rude to everyone in line for no o reason. I was returning a package using ups access point. I had the horrible luck of getting Rj who greeted me by asking rudely “ok now! who’s next”. Didn’t want to help me at all! Didn’t offer me tape to tape my box, instead told me he could do anything. He obviously doesn’t need or want his job the way acts. Thankfully I got hell from people in line and another lady who also was working. I wasn’t even able to get her name before RJ threw a pen and paper at me aggressively and made me lose all train of thought from the blatant disrespect. GO ANYWHERE ELSE"
