"Unbelievable Service at UPS warm springs/eastern Walmart strip - Avoid at All Costs! I am utterly dismayed and feel compelled to warn others about my recent experience at the [UPS Location Name]. It's hard to imagine how this place has received anything above a one-star rating. Firstly, the staff's attitude was outright rude and unprofessional. It's a basic expectation to be treated with respect in any service environment, but sadly, that was not the case here. Moreover, the absurd pricing policy for basic supplies was shocking. They had the audacity to charge for a simple piece of tape! What should be a standard courtesy in packaging services was turned into an opportunity to nickel and dime a customer. To make matters worse, when I expressed my reluctance to pay for something as trivial as tape, they began to negotiate the price as if it were a marketplace bargaining session. This is not only unprofessional but also reflects a lack of standard business ethics. I strongly advise anyone considering using the services of this UPS location to rethink their choice. "Last Sunday I went to drop off a package in which there were a few people in line within an hour of closing. The employee attending the counter, began getting upset at the people in line complaining about why are we coming in last minute to bring the stuff in. He proceeded to raise his voice until I spoke out against him, and then he became silent. Afterwards he continued to complain about another customer while using profanity. Then he told me he was not mad ant me but ant the other people in line. He had the nerve to advise me I should go to the smoke shop and get mushrooms to get high and drink a beer , I find this behavior highly disrespectful and unprofessional people like this should not be working in any professional setting. Who in the world hired this guy? Whomever hired him should be fired along with him. I rarely leave a review on anything but the disrespect of this guy was beyond normal. He seems he has behavior health issues and should not be working in any public setting."
