"Make the purchase of sneakers with delivery at this UPS access point. I received the email with confirmation that my package had been delivered and is ready to be picked up. The next day I showed up, showed my ID and there they told me that they didn't have the package... that supposedly they received the package and then UPS personnel came back to pick it up and took it away.!!!!??? ?...I have not received any more emails from UPS or this ACCESS POINT saying where my package is...the last official email is that the package was delivered and is ready for pick up. I will never use this system again!"

I told her I didn't have access to a computer and I truly didn't even know how to start to make one. She answered back saying. Well sir you need to have it printed before I could help you!
