"The worst experience of my life. They over charged me for boxes and refused to refund me. They were late delivering my belongings. They lost 7 boxes of my belongings and broke many other pieces. No communication at all. Do not use this company. At least one of the five star google reviews was written by an employee or possibly the owner of the company to try and boost the rating. If you have had a problem with this company please file a complaint with the DOT, Attorney general of Nevada and any other agency that might investigate them."
"Waited 8 weeks for our items to be delivered when all that was required was 10 day notice. They have no communication skills and don't understand customer service. I left at least 20 messages and no one called back. Finally filed a Police report. They conveniently forgot to deliver a King mattress and still have not received response whether the mattress is lost, stolen or who knows what could have happened. Do not use a broker because they find these shady movers."
"DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. These guys were contracted for us for a cross-state move. The crew that showed up was non-english speaking ( Russian I believe) and very unprofessional. They were unwilling and unable to accept any direction regarding valuables and expensive furniture pieces. Boxes were packed only halfway to increase the cubic footage charge. Only after the truck was fully loaded did they interact, citing additional charges because our goods were "very heavy". It has been 3 weeks and we still don't have delivery to our new address. Customer service is non-responsive, and when they have responded, they have been extremely rude and combative. 0/10 experience. I do not recommend."
"We experienced our worst nightmare from start to finish with our across states move. After 30 minutes getting a quote from Bud Baker. All measurements and furniture listed before a quote. Loading all boxes first, the loaders say your taking more than the quote. Now you are left at 7:00 pm with all your furniture still not loaded. We need $1500.00 MORE. But you can pay $750.00 now Venmo. $750.00 more on delivery. Well delivery was 11 days later. Boxes crushed, broken furniture and 7 missing boxes. Their invoice sheet stated 120 boxes. Not- some boxes had up to 3 number stickers on them. Russian driver hardly spoke English. He will lock up your stuff if you don’t pay him before they unload. We asked to see if it was our belongings first. Threatened to take to storage unit and we would have to pay more. Than jumped into moving truck to leave before paying the hired help he called for to unload. Screaming, honking and blocked in by a truck than he exited and payed the 2 men from Dallas $50.00 each for 2.5 hours of work. I would advise No One to use this Company and all the monsters they contract with."
"Pick-up in WA was done by someone who could hardly communicate due to a language barrier and his son, who sat on my couch for almost half of the FIVE hours it took them to load a one bedroom apartment. Also, the son was incredibly verbally inappropriate on top of the sitting and phone playing. No communication during transit, and that was after being told there was a 3- 30 day delivery window. Upon delivery my furniture was dented, scratched, and had friction marks from where the blankets used for “protection” had wore off the finish. One piece was completely ruined. At least the delivery people were great. I filed a claim for the ruined item in early January, and it is now March without anything being heard from them. The email bounces back and the phone number goes straight to voicemail, to a full voicemail box. Do. Not. Use this company. I didn’t directly choose them, they were a contractor for a larger company and I really, really hope they lost their contract."
