"We had an amazing experience doing Level 1 Purgatory. The little light you do have you need to use to your advantage. You have to touch some pretty gross things which adds to the creep factor. The actors were fun and our game master was excellent. Our poor girl was slaughtered but we will be back to try it again!!!"
"Such an AMAZING 10/10 experience! Scared the FU** out of me and my group. Words can’t even describe how amazing the whole 60 min was for us. We can’t thank “The Slaughterhouse” and their actors enough for such an incredible performance and experience. We did ESCAPE and can’t wait for Level 2. Whoop, Whoop!!! Out of every escape room we have done (OVER 500) this is by far the BEST one me and my group have done! I would honestly RECOMMEND this game for experienced groups AND first timers as well. It’s a game where the experience is just so awfully amazing that you will have fun no matter what! Even if you don’t beat the game on your first try. F.Y.I. DO NOT hesitate on ANYTHING in this game, just GO! GO! GO! Yes, some parts are EXTREMELY intense but it’s an hell of a good time! Definitely an experience you will NEVER forget! If you love haunted houses, escape rooms, and or just scary sh** in general than this is PERFECT for you! I wish you ALL luck on saving the victim! ;) We love you Biggs family "
"We had 6 people go. We did not win for sure. We made it to the end. The actors were super cool. It def had a creepy vibe. It was most of our first escape rooms. It was for the most part pitch black. There were some sections that had small amounts of light. I loved it. The only part we really struggled with was the light. It was hard to see the locks we needed to open in the dark. We couldn't move them to a better area either. The end wasn't as bad. Kudos to the crew!"
"Very well done horror escape room. I prefer non-horror escape rooms by far, but I admit the Slaughterhouse has put together a very high quality experience. Actors did well, props were creepy, it was pretty scary. Puzzles made you think, but constant noise and a few jump scares scramble your thinking capacity. There is no entry room before the experience, so do not bring anything you don't want during the experience because there is no place for you to store in prior to it beginning. Too pricey for me, but it's not overpriced for what you get."
"I personally enjoy haunted attractions and the Slaughterhouse really was a blast last year. I took some friends down to be one of the early participants in the Slaughterhouse Escape Room not knowing what to expect. I'm not some escape room guy and only had a general idea of how to play. My friends were of the same mindset and for all of us, it was our first escape room experience. That said, We did not win or beat the game but we had a hell of a good time playing it And I feel like we did pretty good considering it was our first time. I definitely plan to return. This time I'll feel a little more prepared and use the time more wisely. The team at the slaughterhouse did an excellent job making it both scary and fun at the same time. Once the game was over, we got to meet the actors And they let us take pictures and told us all the things we did right and where we might improve next time. Maybe they felt bad that a bunch of newbies. In the end, I'm really glad that we had the experience. We talked about it for days and got some really good laughs. I think people with experience doing escape rooms will do well and have a lot of fun with the elaborate set. It's not for little kids."
