"Great place to work. You get a lot of hours (40 hrs) 4 days a week during regular schedule. You also can get overtime the next days for more pay. Staff is cool and helpful. It's similar to Amazon warehouse in how they operate. I recommend working here. Edit as of March 13 2024: Though they could use better management/leadership. The so called leads here are soooooo childish acting like they still in high school. These young folks have no respect."

"Shipmonk is about as bad as they get. Stay away. They will lose your inventory. Delay shipments by weeks. You'll have no contact with the warehouse, but "happiness engineers" on the other side of the country. Shipmonk appears to be in the value extraction phase of milking their investment funding. Run away."

"Absolutely abysmal. They gouge you on everything from picking to shipping (rates are often significantly higher than retail) and customer service is non-existent. Mistakes are omnipresent and range from swapping addresses between shipments, to picking the wrong items, and everything in between. They will never honor claims or take accountability when issues are clearly their fault. I could go on forever—they literally do nothing well. The sad thing is that they were quite good 3-4 years ago. Send your inventory elsewhere, because this company is in an obvious death-spiral."

"Delivery appointment was for 9:30am. Arrived at 9:00am and was given a dock right away. Started unloading me at 9:55 and out of there by 10:30. Decent experience. Guy who signed my POD was very nice."

"Horrible leadership,they don't communicate with each other one lead will ask u to do something and don't communicate with the other leads and have u getting down time because they don't let the other lead know what's going.I experienced down time 3 times in one week because a lead will ask me to something and the next lead will put u in a function u not working on and there for I got over two hours of down time...They walk around having lil inside problems with one another so there for they will not communicate with each other...I been waiting on back pay for over a month now and every time I talk to HR they tell u the same excuse oh it's gonna be on your next check and I still have not received it and it's been over a month now...I just don't understand what's going on.I go to work to work and go home I completed every assignment I get with no problem,I'm use to working not going to work walking on egg shells because of the poor leadership.I thought leadership was supposed to lead by example not walk around and have inside problems with the next lead like we in Highschool that's not how a job site supposed to be...When u go to work u supposed to feel comfortable and happy to be at work,I'm the type I watch and listen and the stuff u see and hear at this job is very unprofessional...Need to hire better leadership that don't act like they still in highschool ...They rather micromanage u than lead by example ..."
