"Check your order before leaving! This is the worst McDs ever. I ordered Fries Coke Nuggets Big Mac. They skipped the coke & the sauce. The food was cold. Fries were limp & cold. They need a microwave in lobby to reheat the food. They should install fridges like at gas stations so you can select your food & head to the microwave after you pay. I'd say skip this place & order from the Casey's across the street"

"I've only lived here for a week, but the 3 times i ordered food here, at least one of the burgers or French fries ordered were cold. Cold fries is nasty. As I'm paying almost 4 bucks for them. They should be steaming hot. And why a old cold quarter pounder. Don't they have a limit on how long a hamburger can stay in the hamper. Kinda spoils mybtaste for this place. Gonna try burger King, and if they're good I'll probably just stick with them. Thanks for my cold meals at 12 dollars.much appreciated..... Edited..was 2 stars now it should be 0 stars. Went back and they gave me another cold 6 dollar quarter pounder again. Worthless workers and manager's"

"Not that great if a location. It's seemed over the years either homeless or crazy people have over ran this area so it's not that good. Maybe the city of council bluffs can touch it up or out more police around that area, otherwise I would suggest going to a location in a safer area."

"So first of all it was hectic and no one at the counter. So i used the kiosk and after i ordered it didn’t even print my receipt. I was standing at the counter for 30 minutes and no one attended to me.. So i asked and they told me they couldn’t give me my order because THEIR machine didn’t print MY receipt. So i spent money for no reason and it was bad service overall. I don’t recommend it at all especially if you’re in a hurry. 1/10."

"The food here is always pretty good and the service is always pretty good. The atmosphere honestly it just depends what time of day you go. I understand there’s a lot of people out there that need help, and in a difficult situation myself right now I get it. And there are a lot of services out there that unfortunately cannot help anybody because shelters are packed and a lot of people have nowhere to go. So unfortunately you’re going to run into people around fast food places, waiting for money or food or whatever. Or people who have just lost their way in the process because everything has become so stressful which leads them to drug usage or alcohol abuse, or what have you. That is not the case with me, but I can definitely understand how it gets to that point. And typically these people they’re not gonna do anything to you. They might try to bug you for money or whatever but they usually leave you alone but all in all the restaurant pretty decent service pretty decent and it’s a clean environment."
