"I made an order for a birthday party.. 20 minutes after the expected delivery time(1 hour 20 minutes after ordering), I got a call asking if we received our order, which we hadn't. The delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong house. They told me it would be 20-25 more minutes to remake. After 40 minutes, I called to check in. Still waiting on wings and the delivery driver- 10, maybe 15 minutes she said. Another 20 minutes after that, our pizza was finally delivered. I know mistakes happen, and I normally give a little grace in these instances.. but after waiting over 2 hours, one crust wrong..and they weren't very apologetic about any of it. I've normally been comped part of my bill, my whole bill, or offered something free for my next order because of the inconvenience...and those were all for far less than what my negative experience was for this order, none of that happened. Just a bit disappointing.."
"This Pizza Hut location has definitely stepped up their game lately! The pizzas look and taste great and they haven’t messed up our orders in a very long time!"
"When I went inside to pick up the pizza, they were rude from the beginning. I told them I had a pickup. The guy ran my card and watched me as I filled out the receipt. When I said $0 for tip, he proceeds to say “really? No tip? Wow” I didn’t really know what to say. He then proceeded to say “wow. I’m working and can’t even get a tip.” Let me say we usually always tip however they were rude from the beginning and i didn’t feel like they needed a tip, especially when I'm picking up myself. Definitely unprofessional and will never be going back to this location."
"From the time I walked into the store ... they actually open the door for me ..best service from a restaurant that I received in a very long time. Actually felt valued at a pizza place."
""Cold" pizza, wings and bread. warm soda, didnt knock, pizza not cut right. Everything was on camera. Still have the footage. Worst Service Ever! Regret leaving tip. (Bad Delivery)"
