Domino's Pizza

"I've never eaten at Domino's before, but it was the only place delivering this late and accepting payment once delivered in cash. Not only were they on time and polite, but the food was hot and very good. I especially liked the marble cookie brownie. It was still warm even after eating our pizza."

"I ordered the two topping medium pizza and 8 plain wings online. When I got to the Domino's in Council Bluffs Iowa. I said the order was just about ready the sign on the TV said my order was ready so I waited about 15 minutes. And I asked him to check on my order and they said they were waiting on the wings I said well when I ordered the pizza and you put the wings in at the same. She said normally they do but they put the wrong sauce on my wings so I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be completed got home the pizza was ice cold in the wings were hot not very impressed with service"

"So, there I was. I left my 13 year old son home and ordered him and his brother a pizza since I had an appointment. The pizza guy gave the pizza to my kid, but "it fell". The pizza guy went back to Domino's and brought them another pizza. After asking my kids about the incident, it turns out my kid was the one who dropped it. Thanks Domino's. My kids felt very cared about."

"I ordered from the W Broadway location for the FIRST time. When I received my two subs the mango sauce was not on either sandwich. When I called I explained this to the girl on the phone. She said I could come pick the sauce up or wait 25 minutes for it to be delivered. I explained I just had surgery and could not drive and if it was going to take 25 minutes to get the sauce. I would need my sandwiches replaced because they would be cold and sitting. The sauce should have been on the sandwiches it comes with it. She told me I could never order from there again and hung up on me and refused to give me her name. Disgusting behavior and clearly customer service is not a primary goal. I will be climbing the chain of command to ensure that women is fired and that corporate knows how they treat paying customers."

"Ordered pizza and their new stuffed cheese and pepperoni bread. Delivered fast, went to try the bread and it's not mozzarella and pepperoni but spinach and feta. Tried the pizza and it tastes like it was made yesterday. Called and they tell me nothing they can do about it except give me a credit for next time. Sorry, won't be a next time. $20 plus out the door. Food service just isn't the same anymore. Driver Louis was polite and courteous. Only positive about this."
