Little Caesars Pizza

"Advised of time it would be ready. I actually was about 10 minutes late from what I was told when it would be ready. After waiting 15 minutes after the quoted time. I asked what was taking so long. I gave them my information to look me up in the system to check the status of my order. She told me they haven't even started making it yet. The representative that was helping me she was very nice & professional. I told 8 would like to cancel my order because I didn't have any more to wait. So they said it was canceled & the funds were refunded it's been like 4 days & I haven't seen any returned funds , I'm still waiting"

"Purchased a cheese pizza that was burnt slices were stuck together and very hard to bite into attempting to call them but nobody ever answered This is the last time I ever come here…"

"The pizza was greasy like someone dumped some vegetable oil on there and so was the bread sticks. The kid was helpful though."

"Horrible store. "Hot and ready" a joke. These guys couldn't even come to the window to take my order within 15 min. Then quoted a 30 min wait for one hot and ready pep. What happened to a smile and a pizza within 30 seconds Updated 01/02/24 Decided to give it a go after 5 months of not buying Little Ceasers and was met with an even more ridiculous experience. Pulled up paid for a hot and ready only to wait 5 min at window then be told it’ll be about another 10 min for it. Waited 13 min to go in to get my already paid for pizza to be told by a VERY RUDE AND SLOW MOVING MANAGER, that I will have to wait for another TEN MINUTES. Asked for my money back and will no longer return to ANY LITTLE CEASERS again in my life. Go shop at Pizza Hut or godfathers you can get your pizza faster lol and you could even sit down. This company is a JOKE."

"We pulled up to get a large pepperoni pizza and were told to wait 10 mins, so we paid with our cash and waited 15 mins then went inside and asked for our pizza, only to be told that it would be another 10 mins. The manager was a complete B**ch to us was being very very rude to her staff. We went ahead and got a refund and are going to take our money else where. Do better with the “Hot N Ready” pizzas."
