"What a horrible experience I had with this company and I still have not got my belongings which I am terrified these people might do something to my stuff. Let’s first start off I didn’t know I was going to be assigned to this company till 1 minute notice when two men who spoke no English was at my door which I thought was another moving company Eagle moving asign me to. Communication was horrible and due to me having to be out my townhouse I continued with service because I had a flight to Charlotte where I am moving to. I did not give no money down because my gut told me I needed to reassure myself and give funds upon delivery. The owner Johanna Lopez was a rude and I myself who took business class and once own my own business will never treat customers like she did knowing we are the reasons business stay a float. Her whole team was nothing but rude to me even did not reply to my emails for follow ups but want to advise me on money and balances. I was told my belongings was going to be delivered to my home and only individual who live in apartments and complexes usually the ones who need shuttles. Now they want extra 700 plus for shuttle but my stuff been sitting there for a while which thank god I was smart and put tracker on my stuff because this business was not clean and organized. The movers left my screws for my 4000 table by my trash that’s another complaint. If you are moving to another state do not use this company I think everyone is related and nobody speaks with remorse and let me also put can not spell but want to correct you!!! I will be reporting this to ADOT and making sure nobody has to experience this poor service again and I also hope my stuff is not broken and damaged because everyday I am having anxiety because of this experience….I should of look at reviews so sad every person on here has nothing nice to say and I’m sure the positive feedback is there family. I need to contact Better Business Bureau because that picture of the stuff piled up is not safe pretty scary!!! My wife may have understood but we still feel this company is completely trash and un organized and if anyone had your belongings and is being rude you will curse and be upset this not off anger this off experience!!! Please show emails I can show how you talk to customers and not able to spell correctly !!! I guess everyone that left bad reviews must of been angry and upset to lol I guess we all wrong !!!"
"Where quoted $4300 when called the first time. We were then charged an extra $1400 after we gave them a rough estimate of our belongings. When they showed up they told us we had 40 boxes over the estimate and charged us another $1500. We were then charged an additional $1000 when the driver couldn’t find the storage location. The company broke numerous items and were told they would refund us $100. They also left three totes of someone else’s belongings that the company could care less got back to their rightful owner. Because I tried to save some money I went with this company, next time I will use a reputable company since it cost me the same amount in the end. This company does not care about their customers and once they have your belongings they have you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! Now company is saying in their post that they told me they would pick up the totes. Haven’t heard a thing from the company in three weeks. They said they would give us $100 for 8 broken picture frames, 10 plastic totes and a $230 office chair. Take it or leave it."

"Where is the negative stars button??? Do NOT use this loving company. And do NOT believe the positive reviews. All positive reviews are done by people that work for the company. This company does not care one bit about your stuff. $28k move grossly overcharged. By almost 1000 cu ft because of how they packed the truck. The owner of the company is one of the rudest most disrespectful, arrogant, money grubbing people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Avoid this company like the plague. Being retired military I have moved many times….state to and overseas. NEVER have I had this amount of stuff damaged. And I haven’t even in packed everything yet. Worst part is….all my furniture was in storage for a year and I could not inspect it entirely on its delivery . Now that I am finally unpacking….i am founding $1000’s worth of damage. Their arbitration….a joke. You message and they don’t reply goes ignored until you are past the dates the. You can’t do anything. I would rather deal with an old fashioned shady used car salesman’s AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!"
"Never use this company. They charged me extra money for items that were listed on my paperwork when I booked. They only told me about these charges after the items were loaded on their truck. The offered me 30 days of free storage and asked me to call when I was ready for delivery. I did and after several calls and text messages I finally reached them, gave them a date and was told it would be 2 to 6 days for delivery. Almost 2 weeks after I wanted my delivery it came. Spoke to driver and he said it would be in the afternoon. Afternoon came and went and I called. Then was told 10 pm. Told them that was to late can he just come at 7 am the next day. He said yes. Well… they finally showed up at 10:00 am. They have no regard to your time and at $4.00 a cubic foot they should! The move from Las Vegas to Oklahoma was well over $10,000.00 for a 28 foot truck. If you see their name RUN FAST! If I could give them a negative star I would"
