"On a windy, rainy March 15th 2024, I was at Bay 16 waiting on Driver, of Bus 17701 Rt 113, to retract the rear wheelchair ramp so I could board. He had some difficulty so I assumed him closing the front door was to expedite the lifting of the ramp. But once the rear ramp was up, he pulled off! Eventhough, I was standing at the front door the whole time. I had to catch the next Rt 113 which was another 15-20 mins lost in my day. RTC Driver's need better equipment to work with so they're not frustrated and in turn, taking out on the paying customer who rides. These issues should not come from a company boosting 30 years serving I Southern Nevada. It may be time to hang up your hat, RTC, unless you can to fully revamp of buses, business model and provide quality employee customer service training."

Today 12/22 as I’m getting on the bus, I spoke to one of the tenants where I live getting off the bus that is a member of the LGQBTA community, I go to step on the bus and the driver close the door in my face. I looked at him and he opened the door. As a disabled veteran, asking for your assistance and you talk to me like this: I already said it what I gotta say. I don’t have anything to say to you. OK bus number 16703 with your fat nasty demeanor go lose some weight."

"Bus route 214 West number 18725 driver is extremely rude. I asked her to please turn the AC off because it's freezing cold and she wouldn't take the pleasure to respond. Lots of people are getting sick because of the cold weather. We certainly don't need A/C when it's cold outside. Turn the A/C OFF!!!"

"Location appears clean, buses on time, security, and staff available for questions. Only problem, people smoking everywhere, even with a no smoking sign next to them. No enforcement, so non-smokers are bombarded with smoke."

"It's a nice place for public transportation. Some of the customer service representatives are a little sassy and the bathrooms are not the cleanest."
