"They're okay when you get to go in or have them come to your home, but from today's experience, they need to post their lunch break or anything about why the door was locked between 11:40 and even after 12:10 pm (I went to get a snack and drink in between these two times checking the door to see if it opens) and a guy was leaning on the counter, yet it was hard to know if he was a part of the office or someone else. I didn't get to take care of today's package for overseas today because of no notice of why nobody unlocked the door though hours posted say open 9 am to 5:30 pm."

"The people are very friendly and helpful and if you use your services, it's fairly reliable. I would however keep in mind it does take a long time for shipping via ocean going vessels. They assure me that the boxes I sent on the 14th will make it to it's destination and the Philippines before Christmas. Based upon their documentation on their website it should take roughly 60 days to arrive."

"A very bad experience at this time sent 3 balikbayan boxes on June1st 2023 received in Lipa branch July 27th and was delivered to my house on September 7th. I've been following it up for several weeks before it was delivered so concerned because LBC is not like this before the worst part is that receiver was asked to pay 600 pesos for the delivered boxes. Hopefully things won't comes to worst one OFW from Taiwan complained that several expensive items was missing when he open the boxes."

When you complain they ignore you. They even block you and for what? The worst in Pinoy attitude. It does not work in America just to let you know"
