"This company claims they will not broker your household items. They do. They tell you they will deliver your items in 7 to 10 days. They don't. Now they say 10 to 14 business days. Next it's 21 business days and can be up to 31 business days. Ruined my Christmas. Zero customer service and the people who answer their phones are rude and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

I literally was told next day delivery, then 1-4 days, then 2-14 days, then 1-9days, then Sarah texted me today and said 1-4days. Is there any accuracy information available?? I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog! I’m calling corporate next!"
