"I called Brittany and told her I had a travel trailer that I wanted serviced, she was awesome. However after leaving my trailer there I was told I had electrical issues that they would need me to spend $750.00 for 5 hours to diagnose. My stabilizers were broken and would need another $1100.00 to fix. $1200.00 to repack the bearings and the list went on. I grabbed my trailer and ran. I then called Discount RV and the owner diagnosed my problem over the phone, came out and confirmed that the converter was bad and fixed it for the same price they were going to charge for the diagnosis. Also nothing was wrong with any of the other things they were trying to bleed me for. I guess they saw a women and thought they could take advantage of me. I do feel they stole $175.00 for doing absolutely NOTHING!"
