"Unethical business practices. When I asked what the total was he said $13 even. Then he charged my card an extra $1.10 fee that he never mentioned. This fee is not on the store receipt either, just the card charge receipt so I have 2 receipts that are not the same amount. That's almost 10% extra. I asked why he did that and he says there are signs that mention it all over the store but the store is a mess and there are about 15 signs all lumped together. I told him he said $13 and that he should have mentioned the fee. During this discussion about why he secretly charged me without asking, he claimed that he doesn't actually get that money but that rather, the merchant processor keeps it all. That's 2 lies in one visit. He is dishonest and all for $1.10. He lied about the total and lied about where the fees go. It is funny because when I arrived I asked how business was, and he replied “mediocre”. Gee, I wonder why! I will never go back again. There are literally 3 other post locations the same distance from my house. There is Ann/Decatur and 2 at the corner of Craig/Jones."

"Not recommended at all. Not friendly at all. The guy at the counter acts like he doing you a favor by doing his job. He clearly doesnt like his job. Ive gotten that vibe several time when using this location for package shipping. Last week my wife stopped in and the service was so poor she refuses to go back. She asked to send a letter with return receipt. A one page letter in a regular envelope and the guy charged her over $10 when the rate is $2.75. Dishonest and negative is not tolerable. We prefer to go to UPS on Ann and Decatur to avoid this guy all together. You should too"
