"I have a storage unit that I finally got around to taking care of in another state. I was quoted an amount based on what I thought was in there. They were super friendly and worked with me on pick up date and time since I was flying back. Movers were prompt on arrival time and super friendly. When I opened the unit I realized that there was way more stuff in there then what I had said and was quoted on. So obviously I was going to have to pay more which has nothing to do with the company as this was my mistake. The movers were awesome and got everything out of the unit in a timely manner. Elizabeth was super nice who I was working with from start to finish. They also worked with me on drop off time since I work M-F and we’re able to do a weekend time. The movers that dropped off were also super friendly and prompt. They told me a time window and came early. Upon delivery they put everything away in an organized manner and nothing was broken. Again both movers were awesome. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks again!"

"I wouldn’t even leave one star, I am not impressed with this company at all. The worst communication ever. You’re better off burning all your stuff and starting over, before hiring this company to handle your belongings. The lack of care for the things you work hard for, was a slap in the face. Leaving marks and dents in walls, broken furniture, can’t even put furniture back together right, left trash under all the beds. The word FRAGILE means nothing. I think that word is pretty universal no matter what language you speak, but not for these folks. I could go on, But if you haven’t got the point to keep looking for a more honest company, then I wish you the best of luck. When you file a complaint they try to offer you $50 and say it’s part of moving. I believe in Karma and judging by the other reviews. It’s already working."
