"It took us 6 weeks to get an outdoor playset from ABF. They lost two 7 foot tube slides (5x5x5 foot box) and another box full of keystone piece for putting the playset together. They also sat on the first load of wood for the swingset for 6 days and never notified me it had arrived and was ready to deliver. I had to call to ask them to schedule. After taking a day off work, they called me 5 minutes before the schedule time to cancel. They had to come out 3 times for various drops, and not once did they give the “60 minute courtesy call” before delivering. The delivery window was always 9 am to 5 pm with zero notice prior to arrival. What a nightmare.. incredibly incompetent company."

"Absolutely 0 respect for the customer. I scheduled my delivery date a week and a half prior. On the delivery date I waited for the drivers call and nothing. I called the company 6 times and on every occasion I get assured that the delivery is on its way. To my astonishment closer to 4.30 pm the status of delivery changes from out for delivery to not delivered. I call them again and they try to convince me that they are doing me a favor to deliver on a Saturday. I am here waiting with workers all day on a Saturday and absolutely not a single message from this driver. I am absolutely losing my mind, my time and money. Never again !"

"Very pleased with ABF Freight! We moved from Palos Verdes, California to Summerlin, Nevada. I am glad we hired this company. They are reliable, punctual, and professional. These people handled it well. The drivers are also professional, friendly, and very helpful. The staff over the phone are also nice and attentive. I don’t remember the names of the drivers but they are in the photos I hope they know I am grateful for them. I want to mention Aaron who was attentive and checked in with regards to the delivery and pick up of our trailer in Summerlin. He was very helpful. I want to mention that we used this company for 2 reasons, and they are because my cousin who moved to Dallas Texas used ABF Freight and she said they were good AND also because my husband is a retired military devil dog so I felt comfortable.
