"I don't know what happened with these other people but I moved to lebanon tn from Reno nv. My furniture and house hold goods arrived on time in great condition. Nothing was broke or damaged or lost. The 2 drivers were polite friendly and reassembled 2 pieces of our furniture . Nice guys. March 8th was my delivery As promised. Don't believe all you read !"

"In December of 2020 this outfit moved me from CA to WI. "LOST" two very large trunks, one a hope chest 102 years old, both trunks in pristine condition, loaded with mementos from my entire life. I had valuables in there as well. My stupidity, too trusting. Trunks were locked. I was 76 YO at the time. Beautiful 60 YO Fischer piano scratched and scraped, boxes missing as well. Would not talk to me about those missing trunks or anything else. Found one rocker from 1864 rocking chair in street after they left. Worst experience of my life. Cannot believe they are allowed to continue being in business. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DESERVE NO STARS!"

"I've never been treated this bad by a moving company in my life. They held my belongings hostage, with constant delays. I was quoted for $1500, but they refused to deliver my items until I paid all they were asking for. In total, they made me pay $3800. On top of that they broke many of my things, and left trash all over. I even had to chase after them, as they were just going to leave my couch on the front lawn. When I asked them to move it inside, the lead person cussed at me. Awful company and the worst people. I genuinely hope they go out of business, so no one else has to deal with them."

"This company is absolute trash. Avoid them at all cost because it will cost you more than you think. If you want horrible service, bad estimates where they raise your cost anyway, and all your belongings treated like trash in a dumpster this is the company for you."

"WORST moving company EVER, we had nothing but issues with them and they didn't even box up and pack everything that we paid to have boxed and packed. When we showed the mover the moving contract and what we had paid for he just shrugged it off. There was still PLENTY of room on the moving truck for the remaining items that we had paid to have moved. They were definitely not customer friendly and only wanted their money. We wanted them to just unload the truck and we would figure out something else but they were going to charge us another $1,600 cash only. SHADY if you ask me! I'm to the point where I honestly don't even care if they don't ever deliver our things to our new house. ZERO STARS"
