"This mover overcharged me, the lost important items, they broke quite a few items, the marked the floors and they send you to a 3rd party claims administrator who tried to trick you in to waiving your rights to process the claims. Then they give hassles. I had to obtain a lawyer and begin the process of getting them to take accountability. I would never use them again. I recommend you stick with National type movers for cross country. Pt has caused me so much trouble and my mother disappointment I wouldn’t want you to go through it. Tyler is a nice guy but they lied to me and ended up tricking me to spend double the estimate. Heartbreaking they violate trust & don’t care about your belongings they can’t seem to keep track of."

"We hired these movers to move my grandma to assisted living across country. With the initial quote of being moved in 4 days and arriving on the first, this time frame was never met. Once we called, they screened our calls and never answered and still aren't until this day. At the day of drop off almost a week later, 2 guys show up who said they aren't even with the company, were hired from a craiglist ad, and then demanded cash up front extra without a receipt. They have also charged our card for more than the agreed upon amount. They are still not answering 2 months later for following up on missing and damaged items. IF YOU HAVE BOOKED WITH THIS COMPANY RECENTLY, BACK OUT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE OR START YOUR CREDIT CARD DISPUTES NOW!!"

"We hired movers from this company to take our stuff from Arizona to Missouri. They told us it would take four days and then by the fifth day, we called to see where our stuff was and no response. Eventually we got through and They couldn’t give us an estimate on when our stuff would arrive and couldn’t give us a time. They said it could take up to 30 days- which was not initially said. They ended up charging an extra $1000, cash only but only told us that days after we packed everything up. Multiple things were damaged. When the movers finally did arrive, they said they weren’t even with the moving company. The two guys did not know eachother and only delivered our belongings because they answered a Craigslist ad to do so. 0/10 would not recommend. Not worth your time or money. Very sketchy and very unprofessional."

"Moral of the story, use a company that can send someone out in advance to give you an accurate quote. I was booked with this company via Belmont Moving and Storage, 3rd party contractor (do not use). I was told they’d be arriving between 12-2, we had to call after hours for Belmont because they still hadn’t called or arrived. The driver called and said it’d be at least another hour and they had to stop for lunch. They arrived over 2 hrs later by then it’s pouring rain. My quote ended up being more, I will say that was my fault in that I had xtra large boxes. Apparently the move before me added so much more that they couldn’t fit all my things on the truck. I had to leave things behind and some of it was strapped to the back of the truck. Despite mentioning several times when I needed my stuff for a military move overseas and being told it wouldn’t be an issue it wasn’t until I called a 2nd time inquiring about my estimated delivery that I was told it would be a $1500 rush fee. This company cost me more than another company I’d turned down who did send someone for an in person survey."

"Save your time and money. Took four weeks for our product to arrive in this condition. The delivery drivers were able to recognize who loaded our order into the truck based on the condition of all our goods and proceeded to tell us he’s notorious for doing this. After all our broken furniture was delivered the two drivers left without assembling anything though they were contacted to do so. Maybe they just assumed nothing survived the trip! We’re filing our claim with the third party insurance and the estimated time for anything is at least 30 days. Organization full of hacks. I will say although they were unable to change the outcome or speed the process for us, the customer service representative was extremely pleasant and apologetic. Seemed a bit embarrassed too. We were working with Old School Movers out of Vegas and it was then subcontracted out to PT Van Lines. Avoid them all."
