"Don't use them. They will ask to do a wire transfer to secure a deposit. This requires giving them your account number and routing number (ie, full access to your money without needing a password). They do not accept credit cards or PayPal, which means you do not have consumer protection. The invoice had a different company name than the website name. Luckily, I realized what I had done and froze my account. Another moving company called while this was going on and told me "use anyone but them". This, in combination with other terrible reviews was more than enough to cancel with them."

"Please do not call this company even to get a quote. I repeat, just DO NOT. They outsource and transfer your call to several companies like a lot of other reviewers has noted. I was transferred 4 times before one of them wanted me to pay half of what he was asking around $2500 right there on the spot on the phone when the move is still 4+ months away to secure a truck driver and when I said I am calling to get a quote, he got frustrated and started arguing, very rudely that I am wasting everyone's time."

"I called to get an estimate. I was clear that I ONLY wanted an estimate, that I would not have a moving date for possibly months out. After 20 minutes listing all me possessions, the operator wanted a deposit before he’d give me an estimate. I was clear that I would not give a deposit this soon. And I was clear that I didn’t want a reservation, JUST a rough estimate. When he would not listen, I finally hung up. He subsequently sent me a barrage of rude text messages, accused me of acting like a movie star, and finally called me a “Karen”… AFTER I texted him to STOP. I’m not difficult to deal with, and o certainly will not argue with an estimator. We will NOT be using this unprofessional company. Here’s the text messages after I hung up: “ Lady you are out of your MIND if you think a company is just going to whole a whole 26 foot truck for your TWELVE HUNDRED cubic foot move for free when you MAY potentially be moving in 30 days or so. That is insane to me that you think a company wont require a deposit to hold a truck. If you don't put a deposit to hold it, someone else will. We're gonna hold it for free just for you because you because you're special? And then last minute you pull out and we missed out on God knows how many potential buying customers? I mean really who do you think you are? am I talking to a celebrity or something? Also, 1200 cubic feet is is about a 7k move and you're trying to compare full service to a fricken truck rental thats 2k???” My reply: “ STOP. YOU ARE BEING REPORTED TO YOUR COMPANY “ HIS CONTINUED HARRASSMENT: “ You're wasting your time and other peoples time. Just get a truck and drive it because nobody is holding a truck for you as a courtesy. And nobody is moving 1200cf for nearly what you'd pay to do it yourself. Doesnt even make sense Alright, Karen. Report me. Jesus. Find something better to do with your time than report ppl. Move on.” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND RATHER SCARY."

"Scam SCAM this company is going to take your information and try to BOOK you for your move. If you book with them they will take 40% of the total price and then sell your job to a moving company of their choosing. This moving company will take from you another 40% on the top of your estimate to make up for what budget van lines kept. If you are lucky they will take only 40% extra. NOW if you called them but did not book with them , they will sell your information to other moving companies and lead providers. They charge $15 to $25 for each lead. You will get 40 to 50 spam phone calls. You will get them for about 2 months continuously. I am a moving company that was buying the leads. They sold me contacts that have moved already. They kept charging my CC even after i canceled the service. I did some research and found that they are brokers and moving leads sellers."

"Budget Van Line is good at giving you quotes, but they do not own the moving company so you know. They contract whichever cheapest mover is available. For my case, I finalized my moving plan with Budget Van few weeks before the moving date, they hired one moving company first and then suddenly 3 days before the moving date, they changed to another moving company which ended up being a nightmare for me. The moving company Budget Van hired the second time called BLVD Moving. BLVD Moving picked up my household goods on Dec-16 2022 from Seattle. For 4 weeks they would NOT give me any update regarding delivery window. Whenever I called to follow-up, they kept saying they were still within the 21 business days delivery window. After I waited for 4 weeks without my household goods, they gave me a delivery window and delivered on Jan-22 2023 (it took them total of 6+ weeks to deliver after pick-up date), and my $600 TV stand was broken and a $1800 recliner's chair's leather is fully damaged. Imagine living in uncertainty for 6+ weeks whether they will ever deliver your goods or not. Do yourself a favor, and hire different company. I should have researched more before going with this company. You are better off paying little extra and going with a well reputable moving company if you are moving to out of state."
