"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's as if no one wants to work over there. I had to call over 30 times only to be transferred to random voice messages. I even asked if I could speak to the terminal manager and the young lady who answered informed me that he retired. What a freaking joke!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars for the horrible service they have provided. Sheldon should be fired he is absolutely the worst dispatcher I have ever had to deal with in my 25 years of logistics. To avoid phone calls because you can't do your job is unacceptable"
"Litigation and reports to BBB already underway. This is not a company. This is a group of scammers that somehow won a contract with Home Depot, which hopefully ends after the slew of calls and emails I made and will continue to make to HD corporate until they stop contracting with these unethical, unprofessional, rude liars. They routinely no show, no call, don’t update tracking, are hard to reach via phone, no email or text contact details, are unapologetic, no supervisor (Yancy) can be reached, etc. Their residential delivery is from 2-6 PM daily for a reason- they close at 6, so when the driver no shows you can’t reach anyone and you have to start all over again the next day. Did I mention that while this sham of a company is in possession of your shipment it is not being properly stored or cared for?Vegas summers are no joke and will easily warp and damage many items. Large bulky items delivered to any residence involves people taking time off work, arranging child care, hiring movers, etc. This company has customers doing that several days in a row and the driver cannot even be bothered to call or apologize after a no show? Is your time and corporate profits more important than your customer’s time or hard earned wages? Shame on you and your employees. If you see the Reddaway name on your bill of lading, immediately contact the seller and return the shipment. And do the rest of us a favor and ask that they stop using this company at all costs."
"Had two deliveries being facilitated by Reddaway within two weeks. The first delivery was scheduled with a delivery window of 10am to 8pm. We had to contact Reddaway after the delivery window ended without delivery. They claimed the driver had two blowouts. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day, also with a 10am - 8pm delivery time. We had been stuck waiting for the delivery for two days. We decided to leave the house to run an errand around 6pm the second day and got a call making it sound like it was an emergency that we weren't there to receive the package and that they were going to leave it to block our driveway because the driver was in a hurry. The second deliver was scheduled to be delivered between 2pm - 8pm. When it hadn't arrived by 5:30, we wanted to leave to get dinner. The customer service person I talked to acted like I was putting her out of her way by asking her to contact the terminal to find out if we would expect delivery soon or at the end of the window. She told me well if it hasn't arrived by 8 it will be rescheduled to the next day. We don't have infinite time to sit around for days on end waiting for a delivery. After I pushed for more information she told me the package hadn't even gone out for delivery that day and no one had contacted us. We had relatives that stayed an extra day with us and changed their plans to help us receive the shipment. Bottom line this company has no concern for the the person they are delivering too. Terrible service. Clearly they only care about the companies they are shipping for. I will be contacting those companies to give them the feedback as well."
"My shipment of cables should have been here 3/30. As of today, a week later, no cables. My project has been on hold for a week now because of this. Called several times last week. They said could not find my shipment. Called again today. They said they found my shipment and someone from the local Vegas office would contact me today. They LIED!!! Call never happened. This is the most unprofessional carrier I have ever worked with. These FOOLS are costing me money every day my project is on hold."
