"We bought a new 26ft travel trailer out of Vegas and found Ian's quote to haul it to Oregon reasonable and hired him for the task. We didn't have an exact date for pick up as the travel trailer was not at the dealer yet, but Ian was flexible on pick up date and we were flexible on drop off date. He always answered my text in a timely manner and gave thorough replies. It made the process of getting it here seem that much easier. Having not seen the trailer in person, he kindly went through a short list of things that should be on board with it and even made a walkaround and walkthrough video which was easily viewed via YouTube. The travel trailer arrived in excellent condition, he was kind to back it into the driveway (I would still be trying to line it up just right) and was just as easy to chat to in person.
