"My cousin had an appointment for 3:30pm today and the driver showed up at 3pm. Simply asked the driver to wait 10 minutes to get ready, and the driver said ok. Less than 10 minutes go by, he comes outside to leave, and the driver had already taken off with no notice or warning. What kind of service is that? The scam is real, I will tell you what’s happening. He’s agreeing to ‘wait’ so that way he can tell his dispatcher he ‘waited’ and then the dispatcher will literally call the insurance and attempt to get a partial payment for the drive time. It’s the oldest scam in the book and shame on this company for doing it. It’s pathetic to tamper with disabled people’s lives and time like this, knowing this is their only means of transportation and the appointment was booked far in advanced."

"Made an appointment for my disabled mother to be picked up from her dialysis appointment. Pickup time was for 3:30. By 4:00 NO ONE SHOWED UP. When I called see what had happened, they said they were there at 4:05. They never told me there was a window of time. For $100 one way, there’s an expectation to be prompt. Not even a phone call was made. Terrible service and horrible hospitality. One star. I do not recommend."

"Called to schedule a move for my mother who is disabled and needs stretcher transportation. Was met with a kind and professional person who seemed happy to help and provided a reasonable quote for the service. This was a refreshing change after calling Med-life medical transport. Thank you."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I WAS ROBBED BY THEIR DRIVERS! They stole my purse and wouldn’t give it back during the entirety of the ride during which time they stole my credit card and money! I had been kidnapped and they refused to give me my purse so I could get out of the vehicle! They had all of my personally identifiable information in hand! And finally they grabbed my spare keys and tried to get into my house. The police are investigating the crime now. BEWARE THAT AS OF 9/17/21 ONE OF THESE TWO DRIVERS IS STILL WORKING FOR THE COMPANY, DRIVING PRIMARILY SENIORS AROUND LAS VEGAS. THIS COMPANY NEEDS ITS BUSINESS LICENSE REVOKED."
