Falco Moving Company is only liable for damage during the load and unload portion of your move, with furniture covered under our insurance while in our possession. We will fix or replace damaged items up to $.60 cents per pound per item as determined by the US DOT Standard Weights and Measures.
Please note that certain items are excluded from our insurance coverage, and it is important to notify the lead mover immediately of any property damage to avoid forfeiting any claim against Falco Moving Company. We do not provide additional insurance, but you have the option to purchase insurance from a third-party provider at least 48 hours prior to your move.
